February 15th is School Resource Officer Appreciation Day, designated by the National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO) to specifically recognize school based law enforcement nationwide. There are countless school systems and communities across the country affirming that school resource officers are invaluable to the communities they serve. Officer Brett Dinkelman is currently serving in his 11th year as SRO (and D.A.R.E Officer) to our Field Local Schools community. Officer Dinkelman has also been recognized as Master SRO level by the Ohio School Resource Officer Association based upon his experience and ongoing annual training.
