The Vandalia Finance Department received notice this week that our 2020 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report was awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association.
This is an award only a small percentage of municipalities receive, and is a testament to Vandalia's commitment to produce reports that evidence the spirit of full disclosure and transparency.
