June Immunization Clinics will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Putnam County Health Department. (256 Williamstown Rd, Ottawa, Ohio) from 9:00-11:30am and 1:00-4:00pm There are extended clinic hours different times of the month. See below for details.
