Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code sections 307.09 and 307.10, the Board of County Commissioners of Henry County, Ohio, shall offer the following real property for sale by public auction:
930 E. RIVERVIEW AVE., NAPOLEON, OHIO
The sale will be conducted at 930 E. Riverview Ave., Napoleon, Ohio, and will take place at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2022.
The property will be available for public viewing on Thursday June 9th and Tuesday June 14th from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and prior to the auction from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday June 16, 2022.
There will be a minimum bid for the property in the amount of $120,000.00, seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
A deposit of 10% of the bid price shall be due within 24 hours after the auction is completed. The remaining balance of the bid price shall be due when ownership and possession of the property is
transferred to buyer, as is, via Quit Claim Deed, no later than July 29, 2022. Deposits must be in the form of money order, or certified check made payable to Henry County Commissioners,
Napoleon Ohio. In addition to the bid price, successful bidders shall be responsible for payment of recording and conveyance fees.
