May Immunization Clinics will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00-11:30am and 1:00-4:00pm at Putnam County Health Department (256 Williamstown Rd, Ottawa, Ohio). There are extended clinic hours on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month until 6:00pm. COVID vaccinations are still being offered. Call PCHD to schedule childhood or adult vaccinations at 419-523-5608
