The WCHD is offering the ServSafe Food Safety Program for Food Safety Managers.
Having at least one Food Safety Manager is required for all level 3 and 4 food service operations.
Food safety managers ensure that best practices are being followed to maintain the safety and integrity of the food being offered to the public.
ServSafe is an approved Food Safety Manager certification program by the state of Ohio.
