Fulton County Veterans Service Office Driver
The Fulton County Veterans Service Office is accepting applications for the position of part-time driver. Position consists of transporting Fulton County Veterans to Veterans Affairs Medical appointments. Hours vary depending on need.
Veteran preference based on ORC 5901, but in absence of a qualified veteran, a spouse/dependent or other qualified individual may be considered for the position.
1) Must have a valid Ohio driver's license
2) Must maintain personal vehicle insurance as stated in ORC 4509.51
3) Must have a working phone for contact ability at all times
4) Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
5) Must be able to push up to 250lbs in a wheel chair
6) Must be able to walk various distances
7) Must be able to sit for long periods of time
8) Must have a clean driving record
9) Must be able to pass physical
10) Must be able to pass background screening
11) Must be able to pass drug screening
