Beginning on March 1, Paulding County Hospital will be making some adjustments to our COVID-19 Vaccine and Testing Clinics.
COVID-19 Testing: Please call 419-399-1163 to schedule an appointment for TESTING ONLY.
- If you need to schedule an appointment to be seen for acute illness, please contact your Primary Care Provider. If you do not have a PCP or they are unavailable please call the office of Julie Arend, CNP at 419-399-1782; or the office of Melanie Banks at 419-263-2947 to schedule an appointment.
