Small Steps Can Lead to Big Change

Paulding County Health Department issued the following announcement on February 24.

Even the smallest steps can lead to a healthy lifestyle.

February is American Heart Month, a time to bring awareness to cardiovascular health. It is recommended that the average person get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity each week.
