Census Bureau: More women than men in Ottawa in 2019

Of the 4,359 people living in Ottawa in 2019, 51.1 percent (2,228) were women and 48.9 percent (2,131) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NW Ohio Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,258-to-1,203. In the 65 and over age range, there were 505 females and 320 males.
